Finding affordable and comfortable housing in New York City can be a difficult task. Our students can receive support in finding clean and safe accommodations with a hassle-free application experience. The housing options available do not come directly from New York Language Center. These listings include furnished private and shared rooms and are located within commuting distance of our locations.

Live in the home of a real New Yorker! Homestays are available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, & New Jersey. All host families live close to our campuses and major public transportation.

¿COMO FUNCIONA?

Here’s how the Housing solution works:

  • Upon request, a New York Language Center school advisor will send an application for housing.
  • After submission of the application fee, NYLC sends a reservation request on behalf of students. This simplifies the booking process and makes it a no-stress housing experience.
  • Although these housing accommodations are not directly ours, the process is safe and easy with fully-vetted landlords and hosts.
  • Por lo general, los listados/inventario están en un primero en llegar primero base servida.* Please note, New York Language Center takes no responsibility for students who  book the suggested home stays. 

 

 

To be eligible to apply for the housing options, a student must first be enrolled in one of our English Language Programs. For questions on how to enroll, please contact your Advisor. If you do not have an NYLC Advisor yet, please send your inquiries to info@nylanguagecenter.com
Once you are a registered NYLC student, you will be provided with instructions for the Housing Application.

All applicants must be at least 18 years old. A guardian or parent must complete the application if a student is under the age of 18 at the time of the stay. All students must agree to abide by the guest regulations of the residence/homestay.  When applying for housing,  you must understand that availability is not guaranteed. Furthermore, you will be fully responsible and liable for all housing payments. New York Language Center takes no responsibility for students who  book an accommodation. New York Language Center holds no legal liability if you are not satisfied with your housing.
